First off, thanks again to all those who attended this year`s LAN party at SAIT! Unofficially we had approximately 120 attendees. From all accounts I heard the infrastructure (power/network) was nearly flawless, so big props to our Infrastructure team again this year! For the first time we were able to provide full Gigabit to all staff and attendees backed up by our huge Fiber connection provided by Shaw Cable!
Tournaments went off well, some hiccups but as always we learn by doing and feedback is appreciated as always to help improve tournaments as we ourselves evolve. With that in mind here were the final results!

We had two big prepay draws this year from Memory Express: a nVidia Geforce 3D Vision Kit including a 22" 120Hz Samsung LCD Monitor, on sale now at Memory Express! Also a new eVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked edition Video Card. Many thanks to Memory Express again for putting up these kick ass prizes!
Plans are going to commence for 2010 shortly, we are also looking to resurrect our smaller CORE LAN parties so stay tuned for more information! Photos from 2009 will be up shortly, including some shots from our new Chair Curling event!
